High-quality technical performance

Polyurethane coating is mainly used for ferrous metal processing whose main characteristic is high wear, tear and deformation resistance at high working pressures. Used in oil and grease environments. Ideal as feeding rollers and for hard stock removal operations at 90 Shore A. Lower hardnesses are used for finishing operations.

Coating segments of Polyurethane (from 60 up to 90 Shore A) assembled with Neoprene mousse flaps with standard height 15-20mm.

CHARACTERISTICS
Very aggressive and noisy wheel despite the sponge flaps help in reducing the noise during the working cycle. Suitable for high stock removal operations.
APPLICATION

Generally used for dry machining. Higher hardness for deburring operations and machining where high stock removal is required (i.e. deburring steel, grinding turbine blades and other hard metal working), while lower hardnesses for finishing operations.
USE

Manual, automatic machines and robotic systems.

Coating polyurethane with special cross grooving with standard height 15-20mm.

CHARACTERISTICS
Aggressive and noisy wheel. Extended resistance to wear and deformation. The special grooving pattern improves the belt cutting performances with long-lasting life service.
APPLICATION

Generally used for dry machining. Hard coatings 80-90 Shore A for heavy grinding operations, deburring and/or where high stock removal is required (i.e. deburring steel, grinding turbine blades and other hard metal working), whereas lower hardness for finishing processes.
